Whole-cluster pressed, fermented and aged in Italian terra cotta amphorae: richesse, floral and fruit notes beautifully co-mingling. Pecorino, flint, pear, wet stone, guava. A rich, tightly-packed explosion of flavor. Tart green apple, lime and pineapple to finish on a knife’s edge of tartness perfectly balances the density and weight.
