Agnès Sorel is a no-added-sulphur, natural wine of organically grown Cabernet Franc from Mt. Veeder. This wine contains only the sulphur produced in its own fermentation and allows the purest expression of what our mountain vineyard has to give. Fermented in open top wooden vats and aged for one year in terracotta amphorae.
