Late-harvest Semillon dessert wine, borne of a lucky coincidence for us; the right varieties, the right location and most importantly the rare climactic circumstances needed to cultivate the noble rot. Hand-harvested berry by berry, Aaron fermented and aged this wine in terracotta. Sweet honey and lychee on the attack expands to pear and apricot. Rich, sweet yet balanced with wonderful acidity in the mid palate. Lychee, honey and mandarin orange. Toasted almond in the finish with apricot, salted plum and caramel.
